• Exams Information for Students

    • Y11 Exams

      Students can access individual exam timetables on EdulinkOne

      MOCK EXAMS

      The Y11 mock exam timetable can be found here.

      • some exams will extend beyond 3.00pm
      • you are expected to bring all necessary equipment. An 'Exam Shop' is available to purchase equipment, if required
      • please bring in a bottle of water (no fizzy drinks), but remove any label

      EXTERNAL EXAMS

      • GCSE exam timetable for 2019/20 can be found here
      • Sport Studies: the Sport Studies re-sit examination will take place Wed 8 Jan at 9am
      • iMedia: the Creative iMedia re-sit examination will take place Wed 8 Jan at 1.30pm
      • Health & Social: the BTEC Health and Social written examination will take place Fri 7 Feb at 9am
      • Music Tech: the practical element of Music Technology as well as the re-sit of the written examination will take place in March - exact dates TBC

      FOR ALL EXAMS:

      - bring all necessary equipment. A stationery shop is available in the Registry office

      - water bottles are allowed, but it must be in a clear bottle with no labels

      - pencil cases must be see-through

      - arrive by exam room 10min prior to exam starting

      - mobile phones and smart watches etc must NOT be brought into exam room - they can be handed into the Registry office

        • Sport Studies: mock exam to take place Wed 20 Nov at 1.30pm
        • Year 10: the Year 10 examinations will take place in Feb 20. More information to follow

        EXTERNAL EXAMS

        • Sport Studies: the Sport Studies external exam will take place Wed 8 Jan at 9am

              • Help and Advice

                For help in subject work, topics and class assessments, please see the relevant subject teacher. They are best placed to give extra help and support.

                If you are worried about anything, such as:

                •   Learning, revision or topic coverage: see your subject teacher.

                •   Operational arrangements with exams: see Ms Talleraas, Examinations Officer, or Mr Brand,  Assistant Headteacher.

                Ms Talleraas’ office is next to the Registry office. Mr Brand's office is one of the new offices opposite the Cafe.

                You are expected to bring all your own equipment to exams. If you've forgotten anything, an Exam Shop is available in the Registry office (opposite the Finance office) where you can buy pens, pencils, erasers, calculators and maths equipment.
